7-Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch | Relax & Recover at Home
You don’t need a reformer or a studio membership to feel stronger. With a mat, a few square feet of floor space, and 15 focused minutes, you can build the deep core stability that makes everything — from posture to running — easier.

The 5-move flow
The Hundred
Activates your deep abdominals and warms up the entire core. 10 breaths, 10 pulses each.
Single Leg Stretch
Builds coordination between breath and movement. Aim for 10 reps per side.
Roll Up
A spinal articulation drill that strengthens your six-pack and lengthens your spine.
Toe Taps
Trains pelvic stability — perfect for runners and desk-workers alike.
Side Plank Reach
Sculpts the obliques and waist. Hold for 30 seconds per side.
Make it a habit
Repeat this flow 3–4 times a week. Within two weeks, you’ll feel a deeper sense of control in everyday movement; within four, you’ll see it.
